That year, Joanna Poz-Moleski with her friend Anne Rigney founded En Pointe Youth Dance Company. |

From choreographing the dances, sewing the costumes, raising the funds and calling around for publicity, these two teenage girls give the adults a valuable lesson of risk-taking, commitment and teamwork.
Bringing together teenagers from a wide range of dance backgrounds, En Pointe provides an environment of challenge and of respect for hard work. |
